About Shipping & Billing
We currently ship within the US. As long as USPS can delivery to you, it's good to go!
Each month Nurish Box is shipped around the 1st of the month. So you'll receive your first Nurish Box at the begining of next month.
When your Nurish Box's ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Your box will be shipped USPS Priority so once shipped, it should take about 2-5 days for your Nurish Box to arrive.
No, you may pause, stop your prepaid renewal, or cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time.
For month-to-month subscriptions
Your first box is charged when you join. All future renewals will be charged on the 15th of the month after your first delivery.
For multi-month subscriptions
Your first prepaid term is charged when you join. All future renewals will be charged on the 15th of the month after your last prepaid delivery.
By prepaying for multiple boxes, you'll save on each month's Nurish Box — and it automatically renews after all of your prepaid boxes have been delivered so you won't miss a month.
If you need to skip a scheduled delivery, please reach out to me via the form below so I can adjust your shipments as needed.
Of course, at any time you can choose to no longer renew your prepaid subscription and you'll still receive all the boxes you've paid for.
To make changes to your subscription, please log into your Account and click on the "Manage" link under your subscription. From there you can pause your subscription renewal, update your delivery address, or update/change your credit card information.
I hope that you love your Nurish Box and don't want to cancel. So, before you cancel your subscription, please send us a message below and give us a chance to address your concerns.

At this time, I don't issue a refunds.
If any items were damaged during shipment, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll send you full replacements at no cost to you. We just ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Send us a message below, and we'll get started.
